Waar jij het werkprogramma van boven naar beneden doorloopt, pakt de assistent alle jaarrekeningposten tegelijk op. Terwijl de ene post nog in behandeling is, staat de bevinding van de andere al in het rapport. Wat een middag kost, staat in minuten klaar.Where you work through the programme top to bottom, the assistant picks up all items at once. While one item is still in progress, the finding for another is already in the report. What takes an afternoon is ready in minutes.
- Aanleveren.Deliver. Je selecteert de conceptjaarrekening (PDF). Laad je ook de definitieve jaarrekening van vorig boekjaar, dan vergelijkt de assistent de jaren en heb je automatisch een driejaarsoverzicht.You select the draft financial statements (PDF). If you also load last year’s final statements, the assistant compares the years and you automatically get a three-year view.
- Kiezen.Choose. Je kiest de taak en het werkprogramma, en de taal van het rapport — Nederlands of Engels.You choose the task and the work programme, and the language of the report — Dutch or English.
- Afschermen.Shield. Namen en andere gevoelige woorden worden vervangen door neutrale codes vóórdat er iets naar de AI gaat.Names and other sensitive words are replaced by neutral codes before anything goes to the AI.
- Uitvoeren.Execute. Tested against the standards, not “just an opinion”
Een bevinding is alleen bruikbaar als je kunt zien waaróp hij steunt. Daarom krijgt de assistent bij elke opdracht de Richtlijnen voor de jaarverslaggeving voor micro- en kleine rechtspersonen (jaareditie 2025) mee als meetlat — en verwijst hij naar zijn bron wanneer hij kennis van buiten de aangeleverde stukken gebruikt.A finding is only useful if you can see what it rests on. That is why every assignment includes the Dutch Accounting Standards for micro and small entities (2025 edition) as the yardstick — and the assistant cites its source whenever it draws on knowledge beyond the documents provided.
- De richtlijnen als meetlat.The standards as yardstick. Waarderings- en verslaggevingsvragen worden getoetst aan de RJ-richtlijnen voor micro- en kleine rechtspersonen.Valuation and reporting questions are tested against the standards for micro and small entities.

- Geschreven vóór de accountant.Written for the accountant. Elke post sluit af met „Opmerkingen” en een „Conclusie” — voorbereidend werk, geen eindoordeel.Every item closes with “Remarks” and a “Conclusion” — preparatory work, not a final verdict.

Opmerkingen.Remarks. What the AI need not know, it does not see
Een jaarrekening zit vol herleidbare gegevens: namen, KvK-nummers, rekeningnummers, adressen. Jij bepaalt welke woorden nooit naar de AI gaan — de assistent vervangt ze door neutrale codes en zet in het rapport de echte namen weer terug.Financial statements are full of identifiable data: names, registration numbers, bank accounts, addresses. You decide which words never go to the AI — the assistant replaces them with neutral codes and puts the real names back in the report.
- Cijfers blijven staan — die zijn nodig voor de analyse. Herleidbare namen niet.Figures stay in place — the analysis needs them. Identifiable names do not.
